Shipping policy

All live animals are shipped via UPS Next Day Air.  

Delivery is made by 10:30AM to most U.S. destinations.  Remote areas may not receive their packages until later in the day.

No animals are shipped without correspondence confirming receiving date with the customer via email following checkout.

Wikiri Frogs

All Wikiri frogs are imported from Ecuador in periodic shipments that will be coordinated via email following your purchase.   

The approximate date of this shipment is displayed in the product description when you order, however it may change due to logistical delays of the import process.

Frogs will ship out to customers via UPS Next Day Air the week after they arrive in the US.  Please ensure someone is present to receive the frogs to ensure the safest transit for your animals.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination and include a $15 per order box/import fee.

 Understory Frogs

All Understory frogs are imported from Canada in periodic shipments that will be coordinated via email following your purchase.   

The approximate date of this shipment is displayed in the product description when you order, however it may change due to logistical delays of the import process.

Frogs will ship out to customers via UPS Next Day Air on the day they arrive in the US.  Please ensure someone is present to receive the frogs to ensure the safest transit for your animals.

Corals

Most corals are cut to order and require a minimum of 1-2 weeks heal time prior to shipping.  Corals ship at a flat rate of $45.  Coral orders over $400 include free shipping.

Salamanders

Salamanders can typically be shipped out at the soonest mutually agreeable date for the customer.  Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination.
