Description: This stunning fern grows in cool Andean cloud forests where is seems to be sporadically distributed at elevations around 2000m. When encountered it is often found growing both terrestrially and epiphytically, and almost always in deep shade. Fascinatingly, new plantlets will occasionally develop from the indent at the tip of mature fronds. Very limited availability of well started plants.

All plants are imported to the United States from Canada in periodic shipments that will be coordinated via email following your purchase. Please be aware that customs delays are unpredictable and if they occur, we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order.
